TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: September, 2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Selisora.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online store, digital content, products and services (collectively, the "Services").
The Selisora store is operated by House of Peppin LTD, trading as Selisora ("Selisora", "we", "us" or "our").
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any other policies referenced on our website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Selisora may sell both physical products and digital products, including downloadable PDF files, guides, workbooks, planners, templates and other digital content.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings and, in the case of physical products, normal manufacturing variations.
Product descriptions, availability and prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
3. ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your order.
A contract is formed when we accept your order and send confirmation of that acceptance.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity; or
• we are unable to fulfil the order for legal or regulatory reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated during checkout.
Applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by applicable law.
Shipping charges for physical products, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
For international physical orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information.
5. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Physical products may be shipped directly by Selisora or by third-party fulfilment partners or suppliers acting on our behalf.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination and will be communicated where applicable.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations to you as the seller. The use of third-party suppliers, fulfilment providers or shipping carriers does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Risk in physical goods will pass to you at the time determined by applicable consumer law.
For information regarding cancellations, returns, defective products and refunds, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products may include PDF files, guides, workbooks, planners, templates, e-books and other downloadable content.
Digital products are generally delivered electronically after successful payment through a download link, email or customer account.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that your device and software are capable of accessing the digital file format described on the product page.
If you experience problems receiving or accessing a digital product, please contact us at info@selisora.com.
7. DIGITAL CONTENT AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers in certain jurisdictions, including the European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom, may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights when purchasing online.
Where permitted by applicable law, you may be asked to expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel or withdraw may be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been provided and supply has begun, you may no longer have a right to cancel the digital purchase simply because you changed your mind.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if digital content is defective, inaccessible due to an issue for which we are responsible, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.
Further information is available in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. LICENCE FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, digital products purchased from Selisora are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the digital product for your own personal purposes.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
• resell or redistribute a digital product;
• share purchased files with third parties;
• reproduce or distribute the product commercially;
• upload the product to file-sharing platforms;
• modify the product for resale;
• claim the product or its content as your own; or
• use the product to create substantially similar products for commercial distribution.
All intellectual property rights remain with Selisora or the applicable rights holder.
9. HEALTH AND WELLNESS INFORMATION
Some Selisora products may contain general information relating to wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, menopause, perimenopause, self-care or similar topics.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You should seek appropriate professional advice regarding individual medical concerns or before making decisions that may affect your health.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including trademarks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, videos, digital products and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Selisora and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use our website for lawful personal purposes.
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by us, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, licence or commercially exploit our website content or intellectual property.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, applications or services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
13. SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify.
Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.
Sales made through our store are made between you and Selisora. Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Selisora.
14. PRIVACY
Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's applicable privacy policies.
15. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use our website or Services:
• for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• to infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
• to transmit malicious software or harmful code;
• to attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
• to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
• to collect personal information unlawfully;
• to impersonate another person or entity; or
• in any other manner prohibited by applicable law.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary in response to misuse or unlawful activity.
16. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability or other information.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information.
Where an error affects an order already placed, we will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable contract and consumer law.
17. WARRANTIES AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Physical goods and digital content remain subject to applicable statutory consumer protections.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Selisora will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Services, technology or legal obligations.
The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when your order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The current version will always be available on our website.
20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER JURISDICTION
These Terms and contracts entered into through our website are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Selisora, subject always to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the country where you reside.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence or any right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
